Horse Tack Supply Policy
WARNING!
The equine sport can be a hazardous activity, which may subject the participant to severe injury or death. Products sold on this site are not warranted, or guaranteed, for any specific strength, application, workmanship or usability. Responsibility for the decision to use any product offered for sale on this site rests solely with the user. Having no control over the use or the misuse of the products, we assume no liability, responsibility, connected to any damage, injury, death or expense of any kind arising out of the use, or inability to use, any of the products offered for sale on this site.
Our online Business hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.
If you need to contact us about an order you must include the invoice #.
- Colors of items may vary due to monitor settings.

Please read carefully before you submit your order. By submitting an order you accept all policy posted on this page.
Enter the quantity you wish to order in the "Qty" box. Press the "Add to Cart" button. Your item(s) will be placed in the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping press the "View Cart/Checkout" button and follow the instructions. An order confirmation will be e-mailed to you if your email address has been entered correctly.
We do not take phone orders.
Color Choices: To keep prices low we order certain items without a color choice, meaning we take what is available to get the lowest price. On items that have no color choice and you prefer a particular color please enter it into the "Customer Comments" box during the "Checkout" process. If we have that color available we will ship that color.
We accept US Visa and Mastercard credit and Debit card payments online or by fax. The "Bill To" address provided, on an order, must be an exact match to the credit card used. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses. Incorrect billing and/or shipping addresses may result in additional shipping charges, delays in shipping and/or delivery, or an order may even be declined. "We do not accept Money Orders or Checks of any kind."
Retail store items, except saddles over 12", ship USPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Dealer items ship FedEx.
- FedEx: Saddles over 12" will be shipped via FedEx. FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes since they are owned by USPS. Shipping is a flat $55 per saddle. Delivery time may vary. Generally 2 - 7 business days.
- USPS Priority: shipping costs quoted include Delivery Confirmation but it does not include insurance. An order may be insured by requesting that service be added by entering the request in the "Comment" box on the order form. It will be calculated manually and added to the total. Delivery time may vary. Generally 2 - 5 business days.
Orders received by 5:00 PM CST generally ship within 24 hours. Shipping does not go out on Saturday or Sunday. We are sorry but we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. Therefore any additional, USPS or FedEx, shipping charges incurred, for redirected packages due to incorrect shipping addresses, will be passed on to the customer plus a $5 service fee.
In an attempt to keep prices low some items are obtained as stock overruns, discontinued, and one of a kind. When you attempt to purchase an item you may be sent to a " Out of Stock" page. That item may be temporarily out of stock, but some times it is gone forever. Items obtained directly from the manufacturer should be available again within a few days. If an item that you wish to purchase is out of stock you may want to check back in a week or so to see if it has been restocked.
Occasionally we receive orders for more items than we currently have in stock. This problem occurs when two people place an order, at the same time, for more than the number of items in stock. On those occasions we will ship the items that we have in stock. We will issue a refund for those items not in stock. If you do not wish a partial shipment, and wish to cancel your entire order instead, please indicate this in the "Comment" box of the order form.
We do not make substitutions unless a substitution is requested. If you wish us to make a substitution, should an item be out of stock, with a similar item, please indicate so in the "Comment" box of the order form. We will adjust your balance accordingly.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason your may return or exchange using the criteria below:
Exceptions: No refund or exchange on Clearance items or Gift Certificates.
All returns and exchanges must;
- Be received by us within 15 days of delivery.
- Be accompanied by the original invoice or a legible copy.
- Include reason for return or exchange.
- Be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange minus 5% processing fee and a 15% restocking fee. After 15 days no refund or exchange will be given and any and all items received after that time will be donated to our local Horse Rescue.
- Return the item(s), in the original packaging (including protective packing materials). We do not refund on items returned in a, soiled, used, abused or damaged condition, including shipping damage.
Exchanges:
If there is a price difference in the item(s) being exchanged any additional amount due must be paid, before shipping, and any refund amount will be returned in the original form of payment. Saddles, over 12", that are returned for exchange will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
If you are shipped the wrong item(s);
- Return in accordance with criteria above.
- Call or email us at your earliest convenience. The item must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Upon receipt we will ship the correct item, if it is in stock, and refund the reasonable cost of return shipping. Enclose a copy of the carrier's shipping charges. We do not refund excessive shipping charges, ex: overnight, on returned items. If the item is not in stock we will issue a full refund.

If you wish to cancel your order timing is very important.
- Contact us as quickly as possible via the "Contact Us" form or by phone. You must include the invoice #
- If an order has been received but not processed (credit or debit card not charged and the order is not packed for shipping) then we can easily cancel that order.
- If an order has been received and processed (credit or debit card charged and the order is packed for shipping) then there will be a 5% cancellation fee.
- If an order has been received, processed and shipped the order cannot be cancelled.
Basically the answer to all four is NO. Since items change frequently we do not publish a paper catalogue. Our site is our only catalog. Technically speaking for a customer to purchase wholesale the law requires that the customer provide a valid Tax ID#. We do not require that you furnish us with a TAX ID# to purchase from us. We do not drop ship for others. We are sorry but we neither accept international payments, nor do we ship internationally.
We are serious about your privacy. All information received is used to process your order and is never released to anyone for any reason.

We are a home-based family operated hobby/business. We generally spend our weekends, and some weekdays, traveling to purchase new items for our site as well as replenishing dwindling, or out of stock, items when we can. Since we do operate out of our home as a hobby/business and purchase many items as stock overruns, discontinued, and one of a kind merchandise we can keep our prices low.
Please include invoice number when requesting information about an order. If no one is available to take your call you may leave a message. Please when leaving your phone number speak plainly and slowly so that we can return your call.
We reserve the right to change the prices of our products without prior notice. (This means that when we receive a new shipment in that we may have to raise, or lower, a price at that time. We do not change a price after an order has been placed.)
We reserve the right to change our policy without prior notice. ( This means that if we feel that the policy is not clear we will amend it in an attempt to clarify it.)
We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason. (I don't think that this needs an explanation.)
Purchasing dealer items is the acceptance of our dealer policy.
NOTE: We are experiencing a glitch with our shopping cart at this time in reference to the volume discount we offer on many items. Example: Bridle #796 is offered in two colors at $40.50 each or 3 or more for $36.45. If 1 dark and 2 light are ordered, which equals 3 qualifying for the discount, it should receive a discount, but the shopping cart may not apply it. Until this problem is resolved we will manually apply the discount before processing payment.
We have joined with some of our suppliers to expand our product selection to better serve our customers who wish to buy in volume.

All terms not covered in this section are governed by the normal policy, posted above, for this site.
Minimum Order of $250 required.
Shipment of order:
Shipping will be calculated and charged at time of shipping. An email will be sent to the email address provided with the order. It will provide tracking # and the total charge for shipping.
Orders will generally ship with 2-7 days of receipt of order via FedEx. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs including insurance. Combination orders of Dealer and Retail items will be shipped separately. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. We do not ship on weekends and we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Dealer Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason your may return or exchange using the criteria below:
